Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1992, I hold two master degrees (LL.M) in International Business Law (London School of Economics) and International Dispute Settlement (MIDS-University of Geneva/IHEID). I practice in the fields of new technologies, information technology, data protection, intellectual property and business law (contracts etc.)

Convinced by the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms and accredited CEDR (London) and FSA (Switzerland) mediator, I also work as a Mediator or coach in commercial and family matters.

As a founding partner of DPO Associates Sarl, I have been teaching data protection law to future DPOs since 2014 and offer, together with my founding partners, DPL and GDPR (CIPP/E certified) compliance services and external DPO services.

I work in French, English and German.
